they have 25 years guaranty on their solar panels harpreet928 depends where you are in the world. on equator at noon sunny the sun hit with 1000 watt pr m^2 so about 3,16 cm^2 pr watt

If Bush was any kind of President, he'd take one week of the cost of Iraq (about $5 billion) and buy the technology from the developers and scientists and then fund national and international production of these cells to ramp up free energy within a couple years. This would toast the oil companies and send the Saudi oil infrastructure into the scrap heap of history.
We could do it, but it will never happen, because for humanity, CASH, power and profit are more important than anything.

This technology WILL become the norm, because it is now ECONOMICALLY competitive. But how would producing electric from PV's get us off of oil? We will never be off of oil completely, if we could get all of our cars to be Electric cars that would be a start. BTW, do u really think that everything is Bush's fault? In order for solar energy to have an impact on how much oil we import, we would have to have a lot of electric cars, our homes heated with electricity instead of natural gas. Solar is great and it will help clean up our grid but we are still dependant on oil. simeonola I use a very classified tool called Google!!! type in "saddam switches to euro" and theres a little publication called Time you may have heard of it

Newer inverters, and newer solar panels can help those with dissabillities have affordable power. I am building my own system. I am also going with an induction stove eh, will keep the power to the water heater. so I can also pass hud aswell lol. you can also get a 1kw to 2kw 12volt inverter for 120 to 200 bucks at Chucks auto suply. Mainly the panels keep the batteries charged .
