and the simple fact that albanian language has borrowed and absorbed the latin language also proves of their antiquity, it takes a while to integrate latin meanins andphrases and words...hence the illyrian-albanian longevity in balkans

The iconography is VERY rich, one can see Egyptian, Jewish, Sub-Saharan mythological lessons as well as some that were also present in Southwestern Europe before Christ. This material is most interesting and Albania comes accross as a very, very, very, very rich country.

Some of them are. Serbs and other Balkan Slavs have a different appearance from many Poles, Czechs, and Russians. So it is plausible that the Slavs in the Balkans assimilated Illyrians. There aren't too many Dinaric type Slavs in the Northeast of Europe like there are in the Balkans.

Second-the name Illyrian itself has meaning in Albanian but it means nothing in Greek. First Illyros-Yll (star) or also I lire (free). First Illyrian King was Bardhyllis- Bardh (white) and yllis (star).
