| This footage is real. I used to see him most days on the way to school. He used to live in a large concrete pipe with a few cats. He didn't really speak but would nod and smile, seemed like a nice fella. I think he was a chronic schizophrenic who managed to elude the mental health system. Maybe he was Russian, maybe that's why he never spoke. Did anyone ever have a conversation with him? |
