The singer is Esat Ruka from the village Rukaj borough of Mat,Burrel,he lived in the city of Burrel and now lives in Tirana.he was a music teacher at Ilia Qiqi high school my music teacher:).he can play different instruments.he is a song writer too.

i havn't seen him for a long time i don't know what he does these days.he has 2 albums,used to have the 1st one cos he gave it to my father cos he wrote 2 songs for Esat.he is a very good singer and he is very good instrument player not just in Cifteli but also in Mandoline,Violine n other instruments.
