Nice, triyng to avoid dealing with reality. The region of Kosovo went from the Romans, with Bulgarians and Serbs vying for it, until Serbs got full control. Then Turks and Germans and fascist Albanians (during ww2, you guys fought with Nazis and Italians) before again becoming Serbian. There never was an Illyrian empire, and the Slavs assimilated the Illyrians 4 centuries before Albanians first migrated to the region of modernday Albania. The first Albanian state ever was Albania in 1912.

Monuments to the dead UCK are littered with them, and military installations have an Albanian flag in a position of higher respect than the Kosovar flag. Total bullshit? So I guess the UN is bullshit then? Kosovo was never an independent nation, and before WW2, was always an integral region of Serbia. The Serbian empire was born out of Kosovo, and the seat of the Serbian Orthodox Church was always in Kosovo until the 20th century. It was an illegal war, where NATO violated its own constitution to effect, and according to the UN, fewer than 4000 people died, a slightly majority of whom were non-Albanians.
