Nje nga vlerat me te medha te Sarandes, qe eshte kthyer ne antivlere, eshte se ky qytet eshte shtrire pergjate nje amfiteatri natyror me nje rreze te vogel. Kjo ka qene nje nga arsyet pse eshte vleresuar shume, kur jane vendosur banoret e pare, por edhe kur jane bere ndertimet ne antikitet. Sepse ishte i mbrojtur nga pjesa veriore dhe gji i hapur drejt Korfuzit. Kjo ishte edhe ne bazen e skemes urbanistike te Sarandes. Them ishte sepse nuk eshte me.

Duket se ketu ka rene nje semundje! Duket sikur i ka kapur cmenduria e sigurise se ketu do te vijne te jetojne gjithe nordiket, sepse nuk ka mundesi te shiten tere keto apartamente. Pasijo vetem apartamentet jane bosh, por edhe hotelet nuk kane mesi dikur pushues. Keta duhet te jene te sigurt per nje gje, qe banoret e Evropes do i denojne, pasi evropianet nuk pranojne demtimin e natyres, pasi nuk mund te jetojne dhe nuk ndjehen rehat ne nje qytet qe ka bere krime kaq te perbindshme ndaj natyres.
