The vast majority of medical increases (80-90%) come from there being more healthcare to pick from, better healthcare, and more people using it and needing it. The strawman argument of malpractice suits being behind medical costs is a misleading myth at best.
btw - That's weird. Why wouldn't a campaign not want to release figures. Ever other campaign does...hmmmmm
