Parga is close to Preveza where my grandfather was from and he was Cham (Albanian) He used to tell me that this was a Albanian land and his grandfather told him that too. It will go back where it belongs and all the population that came from Turkia to replace it will go back to Asia because that is the land of Albanians

Actually just above the Albanian border used to be Greek - whole villages were swallowed up when the Abnaina border came down - so infact the villages above the border are Greek - Greek is the language spoken there NOT Albanian! Voria Ipirotis

We went to this beautiful place last summer, it was a great holiday. And don't mind stupid comments about Parga being Albanian. It is 100% Greek, and if you read some history you will see that it is true. After all, if it were Albanian, there wouldn't be any chance for me to spend my holiday there. I was on vacation to parga in the summer of 2004 , and i loved it. love parga forever. it's fullof tourists, great ocen beaches, entertaining night life and everything. I'm Albanian But I love the beaches in Greece.

Yes, south albania is similiar to the greek traditions because the majority of albanians in south albani are greek orthodox (like me), but still south albania isn't greek! you can't say that - sorry.

It would be lovely and wonderful place i think :)
We go there in may and june :D I cant wait.
Greece is beautiful, in the past I was in Naxos, Sifnos, Crete, Lefkas, Kefalonia, Milos, Paros, Zakynthos and Athens, And this year Epirus ( Parga ) and again Lefkas and maybe Paxos as well :).
Its true that Greece is the best country for holiday.

I've been to Parga this summer and I had a great time :) Great sea, great beaches and a great Spice bar :) I met Ana and she's a great girl! Also people are amaizing :)

Yes i agree with you we will never forgive and never forget till fresh in our memories. This is an albanian land that was unfairly anexed and conceed to Greece. But we will be back in our land one day.
