The host is talking about Oliver Wittchow, which is the originator of Nanoloop, a music sequencer for the gameboy. He is residing in the subotron shop as an artist after being one of the first who used the gameboy as a musical instrument in year 1997.
Meanwhile there are a dozen softwares to make music with the gameboy. The guy from subotron-shop is talking about how the gameboy connected to a PA can create deep warm basses and drums etc. so you get everything for a complete tune.
love. neotericz ( ignat at myspace ;)
so i was guessing how about to connect 8/16 gameboy,s to a mixer will each gb is playing only it,s dpcm sound, now the onlything the mixer have to do is mixing and upsampling those 1/4 bit dpcm into 16bit sound, converting those raw crappy sound into clean noise free sound, and you will get everything and more out of the old gb.
