It's not their "fault" - they can damn well take as many, and sell as many drugs as they please. What's this about a "choice to kill"? I think that's a bit different from voluntary financial transaction and doing something to your own body (or do I not own my body? I guess the government should own it, eh?).

These wanna be smugglers are really pathetic. As i can see, they were 1) beginners 2) beginners in thailand (so smart huh) 3) beginners in thailand at the airport (safe smuggling location huh) 4) beginners in thailand at the airport with H-filled condoms... No suprise they ended in jail. Anyway I'm sad for them; i work for a living and I-ve never seen closely a thai jail, but since i-ve been living here in phuket for 3 years now, I-m sure they suffered like beasts. maybe too much.

Those three Australians should have been put to death. If that is the Thai law, there should be no exceptions. It is a very obvious thing that drug smuggling is wrong. One expects to be punished. Many people die from drug overdoses, so to kill drug smugglers is a punishment proportional to the crime. I do not feel sorry for the criminals who attempted to poison the body of Thailand with drugs. I feel sorry for the poor Thai taxpayers who support the trash of a rich country for 50 years.

In that case car dealers should also put to death sentence, cause many people die every year from driving cars.
If one is catch by thai police with some XTC they send him to jail for a long time. If one has Prozac with him they let him go, while it's working almost the same. To drink alcohol is allowed but if one smoke cannabis it's a junkie, a bad person, bad people. Ofcourse, heroin is destroying lives,
way too heavy and addictive and should be suppressed

Talk about severe drug laws. 50 year sentences and still drugs are common all over Thailand? I often thought many working people such as drivers, sales people, and touts were on meth, because they're so wired and can't stop talking. Don't come to Thailand to get drugs. It's true that Asian countries police you on the way out, but not going in. After seeing this video, it's creepy to go to their country being all legal and not doing drugs. I wonder what their stance is on marijuana smoking?
