In 2007 it was very dificult to pass to the final because just 10 countries from 28 passed!!! This year was easier 10 countries from 19 passed to the final.
In the final in 2008, Albania just got points from neighbours, so Europe didnt like the song very much...

looool, In Switzerland and Greece there are a lot of albanians living(diaspora voting), and ther rest are balcanic countries, they are you friends becasue the always vote you.
For example ex-URSS countries never vote u but balcanic always do it, its ovbious, they are your friends.
