She was fined $250 and costs and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with all those days suspended on condition of Steffey's good behavior for one year. She was also ordered to undergo counseling, according to court records. No court or jail records were found for the woman who allegedly assaulted Steffey in October 2006. | There are things you dont do with cops. one is you dont give them some other person's ID and say it's yours. Maybe it was a mistake but so is letting the cops search without a warrent and that's how most people go to jail. Second, even if the cops are in the wrong, you dont ever resist them. If you resist them they will take you down with force. |
