It's amazing how Chinese are so scared of one mere man. I didn't realize the Dalai Lama was so powerful but he's obviously got the Chinese shaking in their boots! Why else would they be so worried about him?
Get over it China.You can control your population. You can control your own TV. But you CAN NOT control everyone and you most certainly CAN NOT control the internet.

As one of Chinese people, I don't even give shit on which one meets Dalai Lama. Reason is so simple: cuz most of us think Dalai as a joker+liar.

Everyone has the right to see Dalai if both of them wish to. It is just a CHEAP shot for those politics who need some public attentions. And on a sidenote: China reduces his airplane orders because they cant afford it right now. Weakening Chinese economy, look it up.
