s regarding C.E. whose arm is alleged broken by police during turmoil in Hakkari on March 22, 2008. Before both his entrance and exit in and out of the detention room and before his entrance to the jail after his arrest, there was total of 3 reports stating that he didn't have any broken arm or such
similar injuries. Also, as he was giving his statement along with his attorney, neither himself nor his attorney had such complaint and it was observed by the prosecutors and judges that he has no broken arm. After all the news alleging that his arm was broken, C.E, for the 4th time was sent TODA
Y to Hakkari hospital. After x rays were taken, it was reported once again that his arm wasn't / isn't broken. I respectfully share this information with public and the media. It is our wish that before reporting such news, media confirms the truth, avoid misinforming the public, and avoid accusing
