Back in the early 90-ies you didn't have much company on the beach except some guys walking up and down and offering slashy homemad ice-cream. And this was in peak season! No hotels were there either, we stayed at a family who rented us a floor of their apartment. Also met one my first loves there, a charming girl named Florida and we used to tease around on that very beach. Btw, I used to look like the swimming guy on 00:47 then. Wonderful Vlore ! Hope it has changed to the better these days:)

what a shame,VLORA is the city of albanian independence,too bad,i was there 10 days ago,and the only thing i can say is that they love greece more than albania,otherwise they wouldn't be listening to greek music,to every place i went only greek music was playing.people trying to act like they were greeks,what so big fucking deal being a fucking greek,fuck the greeks and whoever acts and loves them
